Forthcoming services at St Mary's Theydon Bois

Sunday Worship in Theydon Parishes has resumed in our buildings every week.  Each service is following the most up to date guidance from the Church of England and government guidance, which at present includes the wearing of face coverings for all those not exempt.

Groups for children and young people take place on the 3rd and 4th Sundays of the month during the 9.15 service at All Saints Theydon Garnon and on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month in the Church Hall at St Mary's Theydon Bois during the 10.30 service.
We will be applying physical distancing measures and making sure service books are used by only one person per Sunday.  When we share in Holy Communion, we will share the Peace differently, only the consecrated bread will be offered with minimal contact and we will remain standing to receive.
A cash collection will not be taken during the service, instead there will be a retiring collection on the way out, including opportunity to give using contactless card payments at St Mary's Theydon Bois.
In all these things, let us be kind and bear with one another in love, persevering in prayer and rejoicing in hope, as Paul wrote to the Romans (Romans 12.9-13).  There is no compulsion to come forward to Communion, please participate as much as you feel able at this time.
We continue to meet online on Sunday evenings at 6pm and on Wednesday mornings at 10am using Zoom, the code for each is published in the notice sheet - if you would like to receive this by email, please email the Benefice Office; .  (Except on the first Sunday or Wednesday of the month when there will be a service in the building at St Mary's Theydon Bois)
