Forthcoming services at St. Michael's Theydon Mount and St. Mary's Stapleford Tawney

Worship carries on via our recorded online services

CORONAVIRUS

The Archbishop of Canterbury has written to all clergy asking us to rethink our sharing life for a season and that for that time public worship will not take place.  As a result, there will be no Sunday or midweek services for the time being in any of the churches of the Theydon Parishes.

Please see the Order of Service Attached for Morning and Evening Prayer plus a special reflection for each Sunday.  If you have access to Facebook then we are posting a morning and evening prayer Monday through Thursday plus a special reflection for Sunday.  Please click to access our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/thetheydonparishes/

The churches of the Benefice are open during the week, and the clergy are maintaining a rhythm of prayer. A suggested Order is available to download above. The church bell at St Mary's TB will be rung for 5 minutes before Morning and Evening Prayer are said, and all are invited to join this prayer wherever you are.
